What is the free shipping and how do I qualify for it?

We are proud to say that IranianMovies.com is the only website that offer FREE SHIPPING worldwide to its customers, when you order 10 or more items. As long as you purchase 10 cds or dvds or a mixture of cds and dvds, you don't pay anything for shipping. Just remember, that volume baskets or CD Boxsets with more than 1 CD or DVD in them, count ONLY as one item. During the checkout, you are given a choice for free shipping by ground to USA customers and of course by Air to our international customers. Our international customers must really take advantage of this great offer, because to ship 10 cds or dvds internationally cost about $40 nowadays!

 

How do I get a Free CD or DVD? Can I choose my Free gift myself?

We show our appreciation to our customers by giving them a Free CD or DVD as gift when they order at least $30 or more from our website. During the checkout process, our server checks to see if your total order (before shipping) is equal or greater than $30 and if it is, you will see a list of 10 to 15 CDs and DVDs and you can pick of them to be added to your order absolutely FREE.

How many products do you currently have?
IranianMovies.com with over 3000 Persian CDs, DVDs, and  CDROMS is the largest distributor of Iranian audio and visual products on the Internet.  We constantly add more new items to this site.

Do you ship everywhere?
We serve customers worldwide except Iran and a few other countries that credit cards are not common.  Due to postal restriction on music CDs and DVDs in Iran, we are currently unable to ship merchandise to Iran.  Most other countries are o.k

What is the format of the DVDs you are selling?
Our DVDs are NTSC format. However, they play in all countries. We have been selling our DVDs to customers to all parts of the world since 2003 and so far we have not heard from any customer having problems watching our DVDs.

What is the quality of your DVDs?

It depends on the title. We do our best to find and offer to our customers the highest quality DVDs possible. However, since most of the Persian movies made in Iran, never get officially released in USA, we buy the imported versions or copied versions from distributors in California. The imported versions, do not have the best picture quality but since there are no other alternatives, we offer them on our site but usually at a lower price.  If a DVD is officially released in USA, we carry them in our store and you can order them usually for a few dollars more.  Movies made prior to 1979 are usually in black and white and have average quality.

Is my information safe?
Absolutely. All your information is completely private; IranianMovies.com  will never share the information you provide with anyone. We use the latest Internet encryption technology to encode your data during transmission, so using your credit card is 100& safe and secure.

How do your prices compare to other stores and websites?
We meet and beat any advertised prices regarding Iranian CDs, DVDs and CD ROMs. We offer the lowest  prices on all items due to our huge purchasing power. We do our best to offer the best quality products at the lowest prices.

There are two main ways to shop on our site: searching and browsing. If you know what you want, the fastest way to find it is to do a search. Just type in the artist's name or movie title or director's name in the Search box. How do I keep track of my items while shopping?
Just click on Basket icon. You'll see the items you've added to your cart. You can easily remove items or change quantities there.

How are items shipped?
Items are shipped within 24-48 hours after you place your order, unless otherwise contacted. Orders may be shipped via the U.S. Postal Service or by other acceptable means to deliver your product within the promised delivery date. See our Shipping Methods and Rates for more information.

Can people outside the United States order from IranianMovies.com?
Yes, we can ship virtually anywhere. Please see our Shipping & Handling section for pricing information.

How do I track my order?
Currently, we do not send out emails when we are shipping your order to you. If you do not receive your order within the specified time, contact our tracking department by calling 1-949-498-2081 or email us at  iranianmovies@yahoo.com

What payment options are available?
We accepts Visa, MasterCard, American Express, and Paypal.  You may also pay by check or money order.  If you live outside of USA and do not have a credit card or Paypal account, you can send your money to us using http://www.moneygram.com or http://www.westernunion.com . If you want to send it via these two companies, email us first so we can quote you the total amount you need to send.

Does IranianMovies.com charge sales tax?
Only on items shipped to California, ( 8%)

When is my credit card charged for an order?
Your credit card is charged immediately through Authorize.net gateway and we ship your merchandise to you within 48 hours. Orders coming from out of USA may take up to 2 days before they are shipped out.  It usually takes 7-15 days for items to be delivered to customers outside of USA depending on your location.

Can I return items for a refund?
If you are not happy with your purchase because the CD or DVD was broken or defective, you can return it to us (at our cost) and we will exchange them for you free of charge. If you decide to return your purchases unopened and in the original condition we can issue you a full store credit toward purchasing other items from our site or we can issue you a full refund minus 15% restocking fee.  If you open the CD or DVD, and there was nothing wrong with them, then the sale is final and we don't accept returns. Are your DVDs available in my country's format?
All of our DVDs are NTSC American format, region 0 and that means it should play worldwide.

How do I listen to product samples?
You will need the latest version of the Real Audio Player or Windows Media Player to listen to any of our samples.
