Synopsis:

Conversations with Iran is a personal narrative by an African-American visiting friends within this mysterious country. By capturing the subtle day to day activities of his Iranian friends the filmmaker puts a face on the similarities of all human beings. The viewer will get a taste of Iran’s diversity by walking the streets of its capital,Tehran, to ancient silk road cities like Yazd. This film reveals a slice of life that goes beyond the headlines of what most westerners generally see or know about Iran.
